training, teaching, and developing Taekwondo in Vermont and the New England Area.

Training History:

Ø 1983: Began Taekwondo

Ø 1986: Joined the Blue Wave Taekwondo Association under Grandmaster Bruce V. Twing

Ø 1987: Trained in Korea with various Taekwondo teams for 3 months

Ø 1991 – 1992: Lived in Korea for 12 months as a college exchange student, trained with various Taekwondo teams between 25 - 35 hours a week.

Ø 1994 – 1997: while living in Boston, trained with J.H. Kim Taekwondo team

Ø 1997: Three week Training program at Kyung Hee University

Teaching History:

Ø 1987 – 1988: Taught a children’s Taekwondo program at Williston central School

Ø 1988 – 1991: Ran Blue Wave Taekwondo Location in Essex Jct. VT

Ø 1992 – 1994: Coach and Team Captain for Vermont Team

Ø 1994 – 1999: Team Captain and Assistant coach for J. H. Kim Taekwondo team

Ø 1992 – Present Seminar instructor of Olympic Style Taekwondo

Ø 2000 – Present: Head coach of Blue Wave Taekwondo teams attending national events
