Blue Wave Goal Sheets



The Blue Wave goal sheets were originally developed by the Blue Wave's founder Grandmaster Bruce Twing. As the Blue Wave has grown and our curriculum has changed, so have our goal sheets.

The Goal sheets list out the requirements (physical and verbal) for each rank. Remember - just because you know what the goal sheet requirements are, doesn't mean you are ready to test. The goal sheets are not a substitute for your instructor or going to class, but rather a guideline to help you focus on your next rank test.

Below are the goals sheets from 10th gup to 1st gup (White belt to Red belt with a black stripe). To select the correct goal sheet for your rank, pick the corresponding link. If you are an 8th gup yellow belt, you will need to know the information on the 8th gup yellow belt goal sheet in order to test. You will not need to know the information on the 7th gup sheet, until you actually get that rank.

Rank testings are cumulative, so you will always be expected to know everything from your previous goal sheets.
